昨天收到通知, 酒税今天起增加, 主要内容如下:- C0 k) ~7 m* n/ O2 `( }1 N; F- `9 `
/ i+ G( E2 D0 o! w! A; M+ vOn March 26, 2015, the Government of Alberta announced an increase in the liquor8 z% h2 s5 k( D2 D y1 X3 o
mark-up rates. The new rates will be effective as of March 27, 2015.
V$ h1 c- Q$ c0 v# n5 h' R7 j1 y7 Y: _$ V0 A+ N8 v
The increase is a 22-cent per litre increase for most products. The exceptions are' A/ [2 A0 ~. G" f, j
products from small breweries, and products from cottage wineries that sell at farmers’7 q1 M% L# ?* G' d+ i
gates/markets, with no increase. Mid-sized breweries have an increase of 11 cents per- O r, V! k2 U& p( y: Q
litre applied to their products. This across-the-board increase maintains the flat nature4 N! Z6 C1 ~2 @$ s4 q
of Alberta’s liquor mark-up. In addition, Alberta will still have liquor mark-up rates that

# k6 w; E5 G' b* W/ F9 q· Beer: 90 cents per dozen; approximately 8 cents per 341ml bottle or 355ml can.! R [7 O) A6 }& E$ |
· Spirits: Approximately 16 cents per 750ml bottle.( u2 H* h! J8 c4 B8 F4 P% y/ G
· Wine: Approximately 16 cents per 750ml bottle.
