7 r$ B- j6 U0 d- e1 R4 SWorking in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
; J' T# v, O+ g0 f8 lUpdating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
+ z, U* _& G9 _9 ~- J! p2 ~, jKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
- O& a' E" w* Q) }! sStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
! u$ _- u+ C4 u/ DPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
& E; [" O5 c" X9 {Ability to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
- g+ H: R6 X* Q/ H( v& q2 g0 L3 QPrevious banking experience would be an asset
4 N; ?% w) ?8 o7 T6 M3 M$ e; \Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Must Have Skills
Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
9 v( k3 H( U4 `, rAdministrative experience 2 yrs
Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
