2. Decline bench press;
& a! D$ `5 _* zBoth of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.% N: X7 r' R7 q2 q- c2 g* K# J

3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.0 }# v3 v. Z$ l: _+ k" C% Q: M- y* q
