The applicant who do not mind a 3-month job contract, live close to our clinic, will be considered in priority.
2 S. ]- O% F FOf course, the contract can be prolonged and reviewed after the 3 months. If we need a one year, two year contract, it would scare off a lot of people. This is current market: many people just want to try, not want a stable job - especially for those who believe that they themselves are a high qualified worker. They always open eyes to high level job, or a job that is more close to their original profession, so that they want to leave the receptionist job once they find their own professional job. We already had such experience again and again. This is the reason we need a contract but do not have longer time contract. Thanks for your question allowing me to explain here to others too.
