Job Duties

7 s2 _, e5 c% V+ R( D$ P$ G-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
; b6 ^" I$ e1 Q. c0 T" U& M4 p% G-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
' W( [9 y) t* B0 s! p-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
$ O" }& s9 O" x3 e* c0 l+ l) G$ U4 q-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
