Canada North Camps Inc. (14238 – 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5L 5V8) is looking to hire a full-time Cook who could be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of food items while maintaining a clean and safe work environment adding to an all-around pleasant dining experience for our customers.
Duties:
2 n7 t  F" |. c. j' q- Prepare sandwiches, salad bar and other high quality meals
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure kitchen staff follow company safety practices
- Plan menus, estimate food costs, order supplies
' P, v/ B3 G* f' \  |3 n9 j- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of food production
% k$ }& D4 l3 }: i* G6 o- Work night shifts, as necessary

$ \, h6 \; }& H/ L1 A9 h8 I- Completion of college or other program in cooking is mandatory. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in restaurant / hospitality/ culinary arts is considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as Cook in a fast-paced environment is mandatory.

- Highly organized.

Working hours: 10 hours per day, 70 hours per week.
