• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
( S8 A3 @5 _% R: C6 x/ s6 x• showing the new house and company property;
• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
4 B/ ~' K" }5 k/ }• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
$ e& P2 m5 [; o- j' Q- v' Z• Other duties as required;
• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
