In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
8 _, |: M! `6 n) SAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
+ k4 d. u9 [0 ~; X' }4 LAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
) F# w1 @7 V, H$ ]6 y3 p1 E" oEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
/ {9 G* l, F- `: i$ {Be accountable for decision and actions
5 h) y& n( E  D' r+ e8 ZMitigate risk to the organization.
( w) A) n, g' ?" }& }Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline

* U  ^2 u8 U. B) ]( m
Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
1 i: ?( I% D% r3 uPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
; P; }7 E% Z$ R! Z) |Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
7 F% H& E" F3 G6 Y9 H' b
Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
; Z. ]( U8 t2 L# DCenter objectives.
