In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
( ]0 E) e* M% |6 `6 q+ i7 j$ f% ?Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
! }, ^$ W& B. Z  T% mMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
+ G7 i1 B) ?; |7 X  B4 |
5 v" J3 c) @: s* g) ~- \A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
5 D$ o' A1 e' s5 [Experience:

Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
) e% L5 w6 u( ^3 W! b$ kSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
. e3 R$ L0 m- j4 _5 r
+ O& S. ]% l6 ]5 @Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
" Z7 _- o* G, m  j* DMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.

Security Clearance :

Must have clear criminal record
