In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Adhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
+ t, N0 u! X6 r: o2 HAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
) ~5 C. F, e( D, |9 u& vBe accountable for decision and actions
) Y& x5 ?( f' M) L( CMitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
1 C5 H- P; m( r% v6 i
- C& l; R- s7 n/ h4 EA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
  ~: J9 B# u2 n4 @/ }- O/ {. j• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
/ P0 B. u+ ]$ x3 z8 _* wExperience:
5 _! R1 O; ]9 ?9 u- |% z
Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

; s+ k; @$ v+ {% z9 P  k" R1 iCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
) e7 {  G0 d9 f
Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
