In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
. {, C7 Q4 p+ eAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
8 _4 r* R; ?% {' l9 }% m7 vEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:
: l. V1 A9 U5 z5 y: I- M/ g
+ c1 U. Y9 d- _0 H% U6 V2 o  \A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
* @2 \8 Q( B+ B4 O$ h* d" FExperience:

2 X- M4 n' `) ]0 e  H2 E* j0 {Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
0 @! V( m+ U7 {: q9 o6 U0 YPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
+ g8 a# S4 i0 ySenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

Current or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).
# x! A, [9 F# F& j: F2 m
6 |) ~/ ?( |4 }) v* v, L+ m8 TCurrent or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
: A" q( J4 ^3 s: T( o! ^3 X4 bMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
Center objectives.
