We are currently seeking an executive assistant to work closely with the President to provide all administrative and executive support to facilitate the management’s ability to lead company’s growth.

7 s0 H' f3 S7 t8 ZDuties and responsibilities:

' N& d* f- X9 a% X+ w' l  b! O- Assist organizing correspondences, documents and information effectively for easy retrieval.
2 v3 k! L5 n' E) |% r) s/ U- Handling confidential information at high regard of security.
- Coordinate schedules and plans for the president.
- Gradually develop understanding of the Executive’s intentions and logics.
. H1 o7 L& O% B. z9 @- Independently manage multiple assignments proactively and meet deadlines.
- Perform other work-related tasks if needed.

$ V, R1 Y) P: R, P4 X; I. `- Well-rounded blend of work experience and personality in a professional environment.
- Previous experience in kitchen cabinet industry is a strong asset.
) r2 a$ n9 ^3 ]: V) ]- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
0 `! P( D1 I% L! s4 K- Outstanding computer literacy. Even better being tech-savvy.
- Previous drafting experience is a strong asset.
