20万以下的2房还是有的,特别在东北区。现在买condo,通常每月支出估计要比租apartment贵一两百块。如果您相信未来一两年房价还会涨20%,您父母的积蓄又只是放在中国存定期,大概可以考虑一下卖个condo什么的。您可用这些假设估算一下回报。% q5 g4 c' S& J" G d! @. H0 } M
如果您父母没有足够的个人或公费医疗保障, 请慎重。

If I were you, I would not buy house until every thing steady.
You are better off with renting in term of your income. Only those people in the contruction industry can afford to buy a house here.! ~( v' ^ ]3 E: V; }8 J
