$ C( X, m# P7 D! gAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
6 h6 I7 ~) y& f0 P3 H" k- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. / Y* T7 {+ M9 G& o
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. + @. ^8 o: {6 X X' U
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. $ x- k ]5 }) i/ E" \# |3 D
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
6 c9 c% D. g5 j! l, O8 Y6 Y: z* G- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction). 3 \' V& q& u( i5 a) J Z
- Managing shift expense budgets.

Experience and Education Requirements
3 u. }. H# A$ c8 g! n1 _7 V( |# {. W5 A6 Q& r. R
- Previous supervisory experience
# S) K; G7 |7 a# W; V! n9 }4 U- Strong leadership skills
+ M: }& W: ?& h9 B: O8 G( _9 s- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
9 A2 v+ l$ Y: J5 k) {2 p: C' r- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
4 `/ J3 Q2 C. v) y! F- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations % h2 F/ G$ r0 X/ h+ b3 e/ g" \
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.) V+ E; M8 A9 V, K/ _
