0 ^% P+ H4 ~1 \' \# M: Q2 GAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:
$ w$ x9 D+ w1 e- P: I# `; e5 J4 Y9 ^! z0 B' v$ W
- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. 9 F1 Z% U# \" t" z# _5 C
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. $ r( M+ x2 V) S7 _
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. ) E5 G" O1 w. c8 R) e# H9 [
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. . X+ I# R7 t' y. Z6 X7 D
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
3 I+ n7 L8 ]9 h! e+ Q& f8 X$ B- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

- Strong leadership skills
% e* S" `$ |# c1 ^* E7 _ L- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
4 ^" g* G9 ?4 i7 E) J: o$ v- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills " \4 b1 i5 [ I0 X: Q7 u) c
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations 5 t+ b( C8 X" W
