saskatoon is too far from Edmonton. The house price won't go up a lot. People are still moving out from Saskatoon. The house price will go down eventually.

MLS把SASKATOON市区分成1、2、3、4、5个区。http://www.mls.ca/map.aspx?AreaID=6321.
河西的4区很差。
1区和2区的大部分社区都很不错。河西的3区也是SASKATOON的富人区，比河东2区的所有NEIGHBOURHOOD和河东1区的大部分NEIGHBOURHOODDO都好。
河西的5区也有几个NEIGHBOURHOOD比河东2区的大部分NEIGHBOURHOODDO都好。
* P( L; E  _+ Z河东的Exhibition、Buena Vista、Queen Elizabeth与4区某些NEIGHBOURHOOD是同类档次，因为住了很多拿政府救济的家庭。

所以说，SASKATOON的好区差区不是河东河西这么简单分界的。价、家庭平均收入、房屋出租率和SINGLE HOUSE的占比等这些重要指标决定了这个NEIGHBOURHOOD好及差的程度。
具体到那些社区好，好到什么程度，那需要咨询这里的REALTOR。
