Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the* m' T1 f# D7 e

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and7 r5 i; W8 o3 o
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
& }" W. \. ?0 `* c( L' Hprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
6 Q& T+ V# v6 ~ o+ s% FChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
S3 h3 Q' S9 c5 m2 V' Eartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.: L9 _3 C6 Q2 {
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
, J' o) o1 `2 a) v0 k8 hvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

/ m6 x! _! O" X2 J4 t) ]Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
. S$ V+ X0 d1 u% o& Hpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening. U! d& F0 }3 B/ v% x) x
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
: W) f* V$ F' M. A `them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late+ u5 L/ o5 S% o; g R# ^5 L9 y2 X
hours are part of this crew’s duties.' Q3 H) ^9 o- R3 X

Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for9 o" w8 X: n) R6 f7 i/ g
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
* N, k+ C1 [: A1 k0 k' `Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
+ ]1 S2 r% j0 B# x' U9 vevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the, r- @: h% ?5 a$ d+ t; x( g/ I
festival.6 ?5 T; l, m4 i* p' Q
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is) E* L- E/ ?. u# h& f
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
3 d/ Z, p# S7 @are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
! Y$ M' ~- J. s W" `+ n( DStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training* |5 H# q! O3 {% K* P
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
% Q* O) v( w3 N* M/ D" N& DTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be1 A J) h" B/ t( m
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as# o" t/ r& N$ h o2 n0 x- z
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival9 P4 O6 I- @) S4 t3 T! Z# i
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
