Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and/ C9 V- A0 z+ n7 H7 c% {& h
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft' W1 G' o* T2 D, g0 f3 x6 D) c
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.' [- e4 h4 M* i" W* f
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the! {9 ~) y% F( K+ e1 l6 C
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.3 I8 V% K k j5 [
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for& W& [% V4 c g1 P! Z8 j% {! o
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the2 P. ~0 ]$ X; X- e4 ~# A
recyclables.: s! o4 S* |( o, \8 v
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
: I9 p1 d+ \ V# Kpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.8 `* M7 k% b2 [: N1 s4 F% f
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
% i/ q8 i( I+ D& L' Kthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
) [# X: s2 ?) V( y( l9 thours are part of this crew’s duties.

festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
# E/ ]4 E9 T' | o$ Eprograms to visitors to the festival.; _2 \/ f; p/ `
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for7 j4 _+ d; V- `+ } ^( B5 L
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
5 q$ Z% r. _ L/ |, E6 hOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
+ G& Y! n: w4 B4 Kevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the$ j O# T% @9 m [ e7 X

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is% w2 N, N6 J! Y0 K% i7 c7 i
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
5 Q$ F% H1 h' a' ~7 Lare physically fit and ready for any emergency.
8 @$ `9 k. i/ UStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training. k- m% `5 Q5 Q# R" X2 i. ?
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
3 J* c; W" n8 l/ _# v& lTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be8 C+ h3 g8 k. n
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
; S. u" k* `! E/ V5 P' z" Oairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
+ D5 y1 y: c U( bstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
