Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and2 X; _# W6 L' |8 n
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft; O# A5 c1 f7 T) x
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
0 u( L' u: L* Y2 [9 a+ _, f6 \Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
" U5 b- j9 R8 _4 Y% partist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
( |8 q9 P( K2 }8 [( PEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
6 E# V8 Y3 ?" U8 p5 j) l( t6 s( g6 qvisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

7 s8 U4 F/ C- Q- ~Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be. ^ a& E ]( W+ g6 X' i
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.0 }) s" ?3 i) k$ l3 l
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
' d) A) k/ c/ ] z E' f; p% ~1 u; pthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late9 p8 o7 |- ^) I9 e: I+ ^
hours are part of this crew’s duties.
( Q+ ^3 x: G( V9 O, }Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the7 g& b3 Q% [5 g# ]. Q
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide

% f' Y m8 h1 P+ k9 R1 W4 {+ HKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
& I p- D+ w( z& G/ X! I1 u( leveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.9 Z* L5 f% n6 K+ s
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
4 T0 V) r9 _9 s2 H6 Aevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the4 G( Y- t% S' L: c7 [, l
festival.8 P$ ^0 p/ e& }. l0 I
Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is9 J) A; ^- ~7 D
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
4 \& ?7 B& E {# K' Rare physically fit and ready for any emergency.* B% {4 y" \5 l' F7 N; k
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
5 s6 J% q7 Y5 U6 gand/or understanding of back stage procedures.
% w0 Y! C3 x+ z9 P2 E8 QTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be2 }7 n2 o1 r6 q- W' s1 \& k
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as! r) E7 T' p. B9 R% p% t
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
* Y0 Y0 G' e& c1 h2 _staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
