Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and2 A& E b( L: ~* K: G G
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft" ~4 }) o* f/ l8 q! I* S9 @. C
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
+ v' Z$ }. d- [" `Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the! Q) _4 x) }- ? _* z
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
0 m0 e5 u5 f+ q9 w0 hEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
0 D& F: }0 }8 N; d3 Y6 evisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be- q" w' ^0 \) G9 H
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.; ^4 {3 s* g# r1 v
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
- o' B r3 [: n4 T/ E' |them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
( O8 T/ W1 N: v3 {- W fhours are part of this crew’s duties.) e( Y) `, _: V+ ]
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
0 a6 R g0 b0 ^ u' O8 Z7 F7 ]festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide- D( o7 [% R" z1 v0 z
programs to visitors to the festival.1 Z7 C* p# y5 g: l% e {) R
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
( f. A1 @9 [7 l, yeveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
. @+ _' m. t! x6 L2 sOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed2 ?5 m! ~# l% R1 z6 c- s, {) D
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the
% |6 u, ]+ G5 N8 Ffestival.
8 T% L J% @% J) G M9 PSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
5 v! z' i- z4 g' Z Qoperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
C2 Z# I5 I6 M9 Vare physically fit and ready for any emergency.
) ?2 C. T2 U- A: ~8 l/ HStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
" `2 B, Y& J; A5 c o' G/ p" hand/or understanding of back stage procedures.
3 F$ z. K) A5 LTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be+ t+ A* z0 M$ c$ ~! _2 K% N# |$ Z
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
6 p3 w5 @" i. c6 W: [8 I0 L* c% uairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival+ ~" }! L' Y$ w2 `4 |8 u
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
