Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the& z: Z4 W8 G- B( T6 m
festival.
: @/ ]- @+ B$ G: YBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and; O9 S$ ^+ P- Z7 |
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft5 W l; F1 I: c+ X% T% N7 {9 S
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
0 Y: J* R6 d* W. P$ XChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the' p- D6 H% y6 P
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.% X |1 [2 f. O5 @- X* ]
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
# y. S9 j/ ]) t; |/ k5 Evisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

; v$ q) S/ ]6 R$ pFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
6 }$ S2 {6 n, \1 r: a( P: xpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.: \- b( ~" S, I; ?
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing1 z# P8 r& b; x
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
, w- O/ U4 |+ O$ W/ e; }hours are part of this crew’s duties.

G/ A1 T1 V/ Qfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide' |& d# S# N5 S3 V$ L
programs to visitors to the festival.! v6 K" Y, A3 Q5 y
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for

Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed

festival.
_+ ]! t. ?' z# v$ YSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
! L7 g; r. C* y# f" }' c; yoperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
}8 r( i+ Z: R; Rare physically fit and ready for any emergency.
( a3 N4 F$ J. d( f1 G% cStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
4 T2 X+ u# q6 z+ o+ yand/or understanding of back stage procedures.; [) ?4 r5 u( e, I& a# G# E
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
( O+ I+ W2 B( U& }0 T5 Jrequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as# m3 J/ k6 I1 I
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
: T9 L0 O( j1 H( I. pstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
