Job Duties / Responsibilities
; Q9 d" \6 N/ W7 v• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
/ K0 T2 T0 _2 ]9 Q8 y% Q8 @• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.3 I( Y1 E$ N& R: \
• SAP match reporting and monthly management+ V+ L2 T: R9 q+ d' F" j
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.- A# A- Y0 t" j# ?. @0 G/ U% p+ T4 c
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
2 G' f6 N- V+ \, k6 E• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.$ f" s7 x3 r& g; b3 Z2 S% H1 n
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.( S; \2 |9 Y+ r5 u
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
# k6 U; n. F$ j* m2 G• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training1 K4 z o5 O% b; `

Education / Experience
7 C4 b2 B7 J/ v9 Z0 W9 H* `" V• Grade 12 or equivalent
3 A2 p* S7 I. ^1 o• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)0 ~& k0 T7 `; [8 J1 b. v2 C
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience* h# X( j1 g/ b5 v
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater' c8 U! E* u! B' `) P. X
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
