• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.6 ?) o6 D* z0 W& R; A
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
) O; W _2 `+ r" {2 z) X8 |• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
! L1 U! L5 V$ d8 }• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.) s% U5 p% F3 u8 _$ c
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
4 q J) f6 r D• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Grade 12 or equivalent7 Y* f! D+ ?2 a
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)0 ~1 @4 z; O9 r/ O5 z2 _
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
! l" H% d' S0 |• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
