• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
( j& _) O: E5 |- T; Q8 x/ ]• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience
L' b8 y. v8 l8 p+ u• Grade 12 or equivalent" v6 I0 e% f$ j8 j
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)% h v5 k( v) b2 S
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience" s7 K5 R+ @; K7 l# Q3 x. }8 W" J/ \. @
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
5 B- d+ @1 o, k• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
