Please make sure that you provide:
9 ~4 j0 ~2 F! J8 w% B: Z★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative,
9 H* S" e. Y1 B. {6 m' d: ^or exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;
6 t6 _( b7 j. r/ g) x★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos.$ Q$ q% n/ B& w9 i5 [% Y7 H: _
The photos must:
: u. t) {9 Q2 X8 _+ y★show a full front view of the person's head centered in the middle of the photo;
, V; X8 m9 j2 Q★have a plain white background;. V. h) J: t, r8 U' U3 v: n
★a plain white signature strip (no more than 10mm and no less than 6mm deep) at the bottom;( @: S2 j& g0 a% k) n
★be produced on single weight matte paper.

★between 25mm and 35mm from chin to crown.

★adults and children 14 years of age and older must sign their name in black or blue ink in the white signature area below each/ F/ S! I- U ~' O! Y7 p& w2 N' I l
