★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative, " w- a- f( X+ ?" f; C
or exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;
* Z# G L8 L/ i$ @★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos.

★have a plain white background;

Notes to the applicant
0 \" W- N3 X9 B★citizenship photos must have been taken within 12 months of the date of the application;

★print the name of the person on the back of the photos;
8 S7 j3 Z" k; V5 h& p5 h& n# P★adults and children 14 years of age and older must sign their name in black or blue ink in the white signature area below each2 k' D" h4 J* r4 x/ r! ~% E/ Y! E) q
photo. Do not print. For children under 14 years of age, leave the signature strip blank and print the name of the child on the
