Please make sure that you provide:6 E4 ]& c, L+ k6 f
★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative, 7 b/ ]1 t, z. I; W* R% e6 Z
or exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;
- } S- K- ~7 I5 `& D★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos.; b/ v! R' Q8 |0 c1 r
The photos must:
; v% X5 D" j' a; o* D★show a full front view of the person's head centered in the middle of the photo;
7 `4 a# h, N" p! r0 @* l. I$ n★have a plain white background;+ {- z) @, ^2 n: o8 d
★a plain white signature strip (no more than 10mm and no less than 6mm deep) at the bottom;
3 }. Y/ g' D0 b( n★be produced on single weight matte paper.
+ q3 y3 U1 X# J# _! b/ u' zThe photos must measure:

★between 25mm and 35mm from chin to crown.3 Z3 B I( m3 b$ _2 X/ o
Notes to the applicant
0 N) |. e, M4 l9 H9 x" U★citizenship photos must have been taken within 12 months of the date of the application;
/ t( H' C8 j d+ }# p1 m' j★do not wear a head covering unless you wear one because of your religion;
0 r9 @- z1 b1 C) D4 z★print the name of the person on the back of the photos;
/ x$ y9 ^. p. d* j- D/ y★adults and children 14 years of age and older must sign their name in black or blue ink in the white signature area below each$ W4 T: y5 ]9 _, w# Z& J
photo. Do not print. For children under 14 years of age, leave the signature strip blank and print the name of the child on the W1 ?* I0 N) k4 M x

★put both signed photos in an envelope.
4 f9 l- \2 F8 {& i/ u, }Do not staple, glue or otherwise attach the photos directly to the application.

For applicants under 14 years of age leave signature strip blank. Parent must NOT sign child's photo.
