Please make sure that you provide:5 A3 X, w, A+ [
★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative, 8 T) K. [# p! s! T* a. q0 s2 m0 r
or exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;
2 L$ D# j+ V7 I F4 m$ S, L; Z★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos." z2 B Y- V: P' m8 T1 H
The photos must:
+ c- p! P% b% ^; i7 b★show a full front view of the person's head centered in the middle of the photo;. K7 J. V7 [+ x) C* }% E
★have a plain white background;
' f% M# Z0 e/ f8 Z" d2 b★a plain white signature strip (no more than 10mm and no less than 6mm deep) at the bottom;. t6 D5 r8 ~/ }7 U3 C
★be produced on single weight matte paper.( b6 ?% R8 L9 i% A4 e5 h
The photos must measure:

★between 25mm and 35mm from chin to crown.+ M( g6 s' F" U: y
Notes to the applicant
* E- Z2 R7 y; `0 ?" e- Q★citizenship photos must have been taken within 12 months of the date of the application;
0 ?4 C1 x1 g, b) E★do not wear a head covering unless you wear one because of your religion; ^$ F) {, w. v% c
★print the name of the person on the back of the photos;
- Z# R3 _- G. a6 G' B, F★adults and children 14 years of age and older must sign their name in black or blue ink in the white signature area below each: k' c+ U+ O5 L: g1 ^3 S* x) C3 g0 C
photo. Do not print. For children under 14 years of age, leave the signature strip blank and print the name of the child on the
