Notes to the photographer

% I% b, ^! I. N* T( d4 K★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative,
) ?6 \, _; C* R& g) dor exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;# L2 n" o' H1 r
★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos.% b$ t! f# {( o6 L' ~9 }( o
The photos must:9 S; p, s$ a, ?+ d" C
★show a full front view of the person's head centered in the middle of the photo;4 {1 _6 O* a: @
★have a plain white background;% h; k! r4 K. a5 J; A0 Y; ~) U0 t
★a plain white signature strip (no more than 10mm and no less than 6mm deep) at the bottom;9 _+ I# i6 F# T
★be produced on single weight matte paper.7 z3 y2 K+ T! g1 [1 p% D& \
The photos must measure:
0 A3 J+ T' ]" _; m★35mm x 53mm finished size;6 y5 [$ d: y2 T- Q9 O
★between 25mm and 35mm from chin to crown.

★citizenship photos must have been taken within 12 months of the date of the application;

★print the name of the person on the back of the photos;
0 \6 g( k" X% R# F9 i( A★adults and children 14 years of age and older must sign their name in black or blue ink in the white signature area below each
% D& V( l. H5 @photo. Do not print. For children under 14 years of age, leave the signature strip blank and print the name of the child on the1 S0 r+ U) q7 f3 s* J: q
