★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative,

* W. y! S! h* h% ~" e3 A9 e★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos.% V$ E5 o+ D5 M4 w9 Q8 X) v
The photos must:; h* \5 \* C9 {
★show a full front view of the person's head centered in the middle of the photo;

The photos must measure:

★between 25mm and 35mm from chin to crown.

& O3 Q8 M- b' E$ i% E★citizenship photos must have been taken within 12 months of the date of the application;

For applicants under 14 years of age leave signature strip blank. Parent must NOT sign child's photo.
/ A' H& d( U6 K- MNote: In the case of a child under 12 months of age, photos do not need to meet the citizenship specifications.

Your signature must fit entirely within the white signature strip that appears at the bottom of your photos.
