Please make sure that you provide:9 i, Y# I/ h# ?/ Y
★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative, # O3 T2 Q; u- I" M4 H
or exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;# W, L) B( y/ o8 _3 r. n) [
★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos.) J# f5 Y6 l. T2 e
The photos must: H R( Z& N7 Y6 h
★show a full front view of the person's head centered in the middle of the photo;1 f- n1 j! M. @1 p8 X' Z) H y1 Y
★have a plain white background;
% w2 L% G4 B8 @: c★a plain white signature strip (no more than 10mm and no less than 6mm deep) at the bottom;7 \( h. |% q) q

The photos must measure:

★between 25mm and 35mm from chin to crown.

★do not wear a head covering unless you wear one because of your religion;
