★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative,

★have a plain white background;

★do not wear a head covering unless you wear one because of your religion; + F% Y( Q/ F& h& j
★print the name of the person on the back of the photos; ( z; [4 h; _% a& V
★adults and children 14 years of age and older must sign their name in black or blue ink in the white signature area below each( C, x/ l3 @1 G6 g
photo. Do not print. For children under 14 years of age, leave the signature strip blank and print the name of the child on the5 P# h, F* N j* Q3 @
back of the photos;
