Please make sure that you provide:
! K3 {+ Q3 _. N★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative,
% ^4 F* }# |8 m/ \or exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;6 Z" N! g0 s9 b; ?) i; x
★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos." F/ n6 k h* S/ Q4 a6 s' t( {
The photos must:1 U5 k0 O- t3 Q9 |3 u
★show a full front view of the person's head centered in the middle of the photo;% y* r( o% l; A* ^+ w
★have a plain white background;1 {1 Y# Q; J! b* Q0 d+ H: Q% z
★a plain white signature strip (no more than 10mm and no less than 6mm deep) at the bottom;0 r5 `6 Z( M/ Q- ]% ?
★be produced on single weight matte paper.

★35mm x 53mm finished size;: m. K0 w$ v- _: X0 ^. N; |
★between 25mm and 35mm from chin to crown.+ u c8 O* Q5 d/ e
Notes to the applicant
, p; r- n) X5 z' l& k★citizenship photos must have been taken within 12 months of the date of the application;/ r/ Z" |9 D7 ~% H$ B
★do not wear a head covering unless you wear one because of your religion; . v2 U$ R( D, D; |/ R" h
★print the name of the person on the back of the photos; * J( ]: E2 p/ `" [2 _) E
★adults and children 14 years of age and older must sign their name in black or blue ink in the white signature area below each! f$ u2 C& m& |" S" a4 h
photo. Do not print. For children under 14 years of age, leave the signature strip blank and print the name of the child on the9 S9 a+ H! w9 S; H% M0 O& s
back of the photos;
" w6 H3 @; n, e! R* B' ^+ H★put both signed photos in an envelope.
+ U; ~( N7 M- GDo not staple, glue or otherwise attach the photos directly to the application.( {8 U8 w& ]: y- E
Applicants 14 years of age and over must sign within the white signature strip below each photo. * N3 j7 k+ F& }! O" I( m
For applicants under 14 years of age leave signature strip blank. Parent must NOT sign child's photo.
