Please make sure that you provide:$ u! T7 \! C, w7 t
★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative,
% D- F2 G0 P1 |4 ~6 `" `. w9 Gor exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;9 |/ J* d8 ]4 w
★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos.
; r8 q' T! Z' i7 b$ sThe photos must: U5 W2 K6 s3 l0 W0 c
★show a full front view of the person's head centered in the middle of the photo;
; x$ A6 e0 B @$ z★have a plain white background;
+ {9 [# ^; Y# ~- J y1 j1 |) ^★a plain white signature strip (no more than 10mm and no less than 6mm deep) at the bottom;

The photos must measure:

★between 25mm and 35mm from chin to crown.

★citizenship photos must have been taken within 12 months of the date of the application;
# C o0 o4 `$ O$ P1 j★do not wear a head covering unless you wear one because of your religion;
4 L/ @! Y+ |- U! ~' Z★print the name of the person on the back of the photos; & T6 c) M: U( [& I2 b9 H
★adults and children 14 years of age and older must sign their name in black or blue ink in the white signature area below each# V l4 y8 \2 t
photo. Do not print. For children under 14 years of age, leave the signature strip blank and print the name of the child on the7 Z2 O5 L: K# [5 P/ g. J6 r

★put both signed photos in an envelope.
& T y0 o' \) h9 A7 |# E7 ]' QDo not staple, glue or otherwise attach the photos directly to the application.
