请问申请加拿大公民的照片可以在国内照么?

请问办过公民身份的人:

我看了一下移民申请加拿大公民的照片要求, 除了尺寸大小等要求之外,
照片后面要有公司名称邮编, 照片时间之类的信息.

* k+ L; t+ {3 d  ~这种照片可以在随便哪家中国的照相馆照么?
还是必须是加拿大政府许可的几个特定的照相馆?
我印象里以前去申请加拿大入境VISA的时候， 要求去特定的国内照相馆照，
所以不知道公民照片是否也是这样的要求。

Notes to the photographer
Please make sure that you provide:
7 h) B5 g* S. S; ~8 L+ f0 Y0 y★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative,
% ]! B2 M. A% jor exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;
★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos.

( y4 m$ L* S- i7 a★show a full front view of the person's head centered in the middle of the photo;
★have a plain white background;
★a plain white signature strip (no more than 10mm and no less than 6mm deep) at the bottom;
& p, n; \7 u, j4 M★be produced on single weight matte paper.

$ h. z5 ~$ [, t- D9 G) Y; b★35mm x 53mm finished size;
★between 25mm and 35mm from chin to crown.
Notes to the applicant
3 A* M" v; ~7 o8 d: s. U1 A* f★citizenship photos must have been taken within 12 months of the date of the application;
★do not wear a head covering unless you wear one because of your religion;
8 X$ c+ y" x& O- ^★print the name of the person on the back of the photos;
★adults and children 14 years of age and older must sign their name in black or blue ink in the white signature area below each
# P% Z% P: C  ^photo. Do not print. For children under 14 years of age, leave the signature strip blank and print the name of the child on the
back of the photos;

Do not staple, glue or otherwise attach the photos directly to the application.

Note: In the case of a child under 12 months of age, photos do not need to meet the citizenship specifications.

我估计你在国内基本上找不到这样的照相馆。要不然去沃尔玛问问？
