Notes to the photographer

★ 2 identical photos, (black and white or colour) produced from the same untouched negative, % q, ]" g% }5 h' G( W" c
or exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera;
- B ^2 o# k \% E★the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos.

★show a full front view of the person's head centered in the middle of the photo;1 ]8 q+ N; U, ]
★have a plain white background;5 `, G' K6 x2 D4 D
★a plain white signature strip (no more than 10mm and no less than 6mm deep) at the bottom;& T& N7 P ~7 O0 Y9 v
★be produced on single weight matte paper.

★citizenship photos must have been taken within 12 months of the date of the application;
- }6 ~9 x$ Z, K★do not wear a head covering unless you wear one because of your religion;

★adults and children 14 years of age and older must sign their name in black or blue ink in the white signature area below each
+ T4 W4 _2 Z0 wphoto. Do not print. For children under 14 years of age, leave the signature strip blank and print the name of the child on the" r# q4 d9 t' t& |1 b
back of the photos;

; O, R3 h9 Z' r4 P5 |Do not staple, glue or otherwise attach the photos directly to the application.

For applicants under 14 years of age leave signature strip blank. Parent must NOT sign child's photo.; u* C5 S' A+ V& s
Note: In the case of a child under 12 months of age, photos do not need to meet the citizenship specifications.

to be signed or dated by a photographer.
