Shell Canada has confirmed to Mix News that a death has occurred at the Shell Albian Sands Jackpine oil sands mine 75 kilometres north of Fort McMurray. ) [! c* b; m8 q' U& Q% H% x7 B" T* e) ?
Emergency crews responded to the scene at around 7:15 am, and the individual was transported to the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre where they were pronounced dead.. ~4 X- i6 Z* u! D% H) i/ p2 T
