请问：skyshuttle对误机不负责

今天早上坐 skyshuttle 去机场，在23Avenue出事故撞车了。我临时叫朋友赶过来再送我，结果还是误机了。我需要rebook或者不得已cancel我的trip。我觉得skyshuttle应该对我的损失负责，我一直在联系，但是agent说对误机不负责。我说你出事故没开到，就给我转supervisor，结果只有answer machine。到现在也没人联系我。期间agent态度很强硬，there's nothing she can do。
) I; @$ k8 |! V! W7 f请问有朋友遇到过类似情况吗？skyshuttle不至于这么无赖吧。

看卤煮的帖子，应该是他坐的车出了事故。如果不是，那没辙了。如果是，司机可能有责任的。

没有和别的车相撞，我乘坐的skyshuttle打滑knock out一个交通标志牌后直接撞到水泥防护栏。
我重订机票多接近800。但skyshuttle得态度是置之不理。但现在我和management说不上话，不能确认他们会负责我的损失。

那楼主肯定被带到医院，一顿拍片子。到时候就算钱拿回来了，也被X光照掉半条命了。。。

貌似在 订票的时候 合同里说这个事故如果不是skyshuttle公司的责任 ，则他们对你误机不负责任

skyshuttle司机的责任跑不了的，但我赶飞机，没时间留有足够的证据。
! P8 F. l- o8 r6 o回国去接老婆孩子的，必须走。已经重新订票了。skyshuttle那尽力而为吧。
提醒大家开车千万注意安全，雪磨成冰了。
