    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；

    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；

) a7 P1 Z! }  u7 u1 h2 _    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
/ c/ p( J- T: l$ {/ u; T    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

& E3 N; R& z6 q, |    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
! N, X1 c' B& L2 X# d3 Z) `    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
0 V# x: P  E7 q1 ^6 a9 o, A$ M    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
- w1 I& p! n8 q9 }  D    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
8 b5 e8 x" b, `    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
, ]: |2 g( e- ~8 t    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；

, S1 E. Q0 w/ Q- V    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
( b: V0 G6 C* c* ?3 S2 ^    Field and site experience an asset；
: N$ ~! h& y0 s) h1 N    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
9 g/ s. t, Y4 D" W: l3 O7 i    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
2 Y$ B6 v* C$ T; N3 X    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
' |* \- ]. N- J& j2 ~* h5 O$ K8 R( R    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
