    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；
    Monitoring and maintenance of all mechanical equipment and systems in the plant；

    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；

职位要求：
, }4 H4 _# K  G" r! v8 t: X+ w    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
* y+ t5 `" K, U7 A4 |6 y    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
) q: O) m- X' @0 P5 X7 r/ f    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
8 M( G- y5 w% U% y! l, Y# h    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
# S. B, D+ f" t- Q    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
! ?% h  m5 D- \; [! y8 r    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
/ |) `& f% x4 Y  s    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
, y; D4 N4 E! ^  B. a5 M    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
  N& A" n: i5 ^! y, Z    Field and site experience an asset；
7 B( Q- o& l$ [# w! X5 \    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
, q% b5 d+ H, D. l" B    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
2 v$ O8 w* U/ r5 u& @    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
7 G1 O7 z* Z0 H0 p+ b. o    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
