•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

4 B" X0 u: k  Q- x2 \& h•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.

/ G+ j2 Z3 {* a8 l/ \/ Y( Y•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
