Position Overview
3 _) f9 F8 ?4 [+ l! n- o9 ?•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
6 Z2 l7 R) G. u( p- \9 b•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
" N0 Q' A0 R" ?7 q) E% _+ ?•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

. F3 Q2 L" t$ W9 o4 I•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
' ]8 O0 s6 O# N" p& {1 w1 l•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
