I got flushot once, which gave me a heavy flu and my allergy was gong for about 3 years. Then allergy come back. I tried to get myself a cold again. So try get a cold or a flu or a flushot. It is not easy to get a cold. I tried cold water bath, walk in cold winter outside for long hours, and eat family member's leftover food when they are sick. All not working. I found out this way ---
