Headquartered in Edmonton, All Weather Windows is a dynamic leader in the window and door industry in Canada. Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

) l" |2 k* Q0 l7 c The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities will include:
: |) F9 H4 ~% v  b# L) W8 d1 U' m, ~" H•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
' D1 [; R+ t0 Z/ Q3 A8 }•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
6 d. _9 H- \8 E. p; Y  H•Keep work area clean.
•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

Primary Qualifications Required:
' k  O. s4 c9 e% @9 R•Basic English communication skills
•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
•Good eye sight.
•Able to lift up to 50 lbs
•Ability to work under constant pressure
! I* I, d0 U$ U•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team

Status of position:

A shift:  Monday to Friday (7:00 am to 3:30 pm)

Starting wage:  $16.40.

•Move Racks of sealed units to designated lines

Primary Qualifications Required:
