' d) S# r; E3 @Duties & Responsibilities:

- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- {  h1 h; n+ Y, @1 Y- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
9 h& \8 x4 P5 K5 G, Z  l- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
5 M6 C# a2 i0 F7 j: p. ^( ^- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
+ ~( j$ G0 U& t/ l7 }: j, D6 J2 B
* q3 ?3 V5 M9 E: U# a# K- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
7 v) j5 a2 a; F" p% W' X- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
