Duties & Responsibilities:

4 H# b, c0 D# p+ F7 `. w  x2 a) Z- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
. O1 C4 i9 o: V* D. T3 m- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
+ N6 X# ]5 U5 H1 b5 O6 ^1 e- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
% m8 F4 ?; P3 S" ?- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

0 z% [& j, c* C) s. FQualifications:
' F5 {1 i) W! w6 v
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
3 K* @) C6 o. F& [- Ability to use computers
+ @; t, S  g- V3 l- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
