) J$ r% B9 R# o$ I6 DYour job responsibilities will include:
•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
% w/ T- l! \# e7 x•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
' R  V2 Y% x/ Q/ F•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
7 |' g: w' B9 J( M( f•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.

( X4 {: [) l2 W! u+ IThe ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
