CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

7 L* C/ \& j, _& y-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
% C& y. R1 O- z/ \" m: [/ V-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
8 P( M4 r7 F" X% a! Y, c* Y-        Keep office clean and organized.
# C% O1 [, K/ r$ x6 d& V3 U; m-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong verbal English.
, v6 g# m/ o/ S9 Q" k-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
9 b/ j9 C$ I( H  b-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
" _6 P7 I& t2 S1 @+ I) S- y-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
/ }1 I4 w% h! `' y-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
