CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office administrator to join our team.
Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
1 [: R5 F; N+ Y) L6 C# |-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
( I/ `3 `! O9 N/ [-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
. S8 l+ d) ^2 v: [1 \+ C-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
) N3 Z( c/ g3 `9 {- `-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
2 n5 J  |# D  a' G/ B) H. w0 n) F-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
2 v* K% j( c8 D! L* g0 H-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
