CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.
Description:
-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
2 f/ _5 t% b: N  a% |-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
, @( Z8 h: D+ a7 i-        Keep office clean and organized.  
+ T5 n# v! r& l3 j- \1 ~8 Y2 g: X-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
5 i0 l* V4 o) ^; B! ^; b-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-        Strong verbal English.
2 j) r5 X2 }& Z' P, K; l-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
3 K2 p' n0 N. v9 i* K! K  j% W-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
7 \' X6 y/ x  L  `& p/ n-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
