CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

* Q4 I/ i. c( l1 C+ r; g# w-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
1 @# Y+ ]! m0 I; V. g-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
8 ]" v: P9 O3 P, j9 W5 e-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
7 q& ~% r9 t% Z2 f6 k-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
. S4 v7 d( `, r; v-        Keep office clean and organized.  
9 [6 ?$ n' G; E0 ^-        Provide friendly and professional services.
Requirements:
- m) m+ T# h+ e6 z-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-        Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
, N1 e: ~6 B2 t8 H- W8 O-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
-        Strong & out-going personality
