Pay rate: $19.30/HR

! O" A5 m- a' C" T7 k4 @7 x5 D1 T; L* dWorking in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
3 Q" a* ]/ j( E; \: YKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
, N' i2 Z. N/ y7 mAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
+ ^9 Z' B7 Q! S3 U" j; i, sPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
Previous banking experience would be an asset
. \; |$ f- i7 HPlease note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
Administrative experience 2 yrs

7 u  F* Z( V0 D: |Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
