Our client is a leading bank in Canada.

6 I2 D! y, S: h2 P4 p& p9 }9 h1 LWorking in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
; j/ k  n+ ~) E2 A/ D) j3 HStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
8 r5 o# E& H- QAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
Previous banking experience would be an asset
* T2 G' y; m4 S4 }) F( RPlease note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Must Have Skills
  R1 l! D1 j7 h2 `- E  [Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
Administrative experience 2 yrs
/ |. L# ]4 n6 ]0 m5 |Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
