3 E6 [: H2 b% E3 FWorking in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
: x4 K; y) G. F- i, _! eKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
* K& r3 e7 Z; {& e; a  \/ IStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
/ ?/ u  u: k) d1 q- n+ q5 x( c0 bAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
$ V7 |( `$ ^/ }/ ~: dPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
& ~; u* K+ k+ T2 BAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
Previous banking experience would be an asset
Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
Administrative experience 2 yrs

) x4 ~: o2 M# F* K' V6 qWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
