Pay rate: $19.30/HR

Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
( J( J& ^4 E6 z+ FUpdating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
6 @& a- l0 c! ?6 cKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
5 W$ r" H- v: }3 F. o  F6 S0 |; t4 gAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
. P- x( H2 M3 a/ NPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
+ H, N; R: |4 [4 M+ P5 q+ KPrevious banking experience would be an asset
1 x: i2 T, x+ APlease note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Must Have Skills
Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.

Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
