求明白人帮忙看看这封信是啥意思

团聚移民，9月初体检。昨天收着这么封信：
  H6 K# O# a# a  m( e) Hsubject：Landing appointment for confirmation of permanent residence

( q) Z; r+ z$ E0 } Your final determination for permanent residence interview has been scheduled at the above address on:  November 5, 2015 from 1:00pm – 2:00pm. Please be prepared to wait up to 2.5 hours as interviews are conducted in order of arrival.

, t& H) S: Q$ I0 X& b7 NPlease present this letter upon your arrival. Failure to appear for this interview will be perceived as a lack of interest in permanent residence and your application could be refused.  Therefore, if you cannot attend this interview, please write or fax (780-495-6739) or email (CIC-Edmonton@cic.gc.ca) this office immediately and explain why.

在这之前也没收到别的信，怎么一下就landing appointment了，怎么就final determination了？先谢谢大家了
