When: March 10 – March 29, Monday to Saturday

Time: 9:00am – 5:00pm

What to bring:

1 T3 p0 u) y2 l, b  J( P/ i    SIN Card and one piece of photo ID
, ^- ~6 t! w8 m- q! J8 X    USB flash drive, if possible Last year’s Notice of Assessment (NOA), if applicable
* r7 q0 L# w6 \0 g' b    All T4/T4A/T4A(OAS)/T4A(P)/T4RSP/T5/T2202A/T5007/RC62/RC210 slips (or any other tax slips you may have)
0 D) y' V: @  B7 J    Receipts for moving expenses (if you moved over 40km to be closer to school or work)
2 e- Z3 e" D* `7 Z4 D    Bus pass receipts (including U-pass)
    Receipts for medical expenses applicable to your 2013 return
