根据大小builder和各种状况,每一个人都可以不一样,所以要看你的Contract,一般都写明了。

你朋友用的不同的builder,不同的builder不同的公司policy都不同,不是说麦当劳给你2块钱off,肯德基就一定也要给你2块钱off+ O% f% w6 D8 Y! F, F" f

你要么接受,要么negotiate,要么换builder,不要你朋友你朋友的,即使同一个公司也会根据不同的情况来拟定不同的合同,你朋友不能代表大多数人。
I bought from this builder. 20% down. 5% at first time. another 5% after 6 month, 10% 2 weeks before possession (to lawyer). BTW, if the sales manager is David, I suggest you to go to another pacesetter show home and deal with another sales manager
