主要工作职责：

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
0 \8 Y) n0 b1 R-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
  y& z% u% g8 n1 _  t-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
$ s. S# r* t5 O-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
* K9 j9 @9 z1 C0 s2 y! ]) L7 H-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
0 F, g0 L+ G; M1 m6 T6 g4 e-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
