主要工作职责：

& N" s6 l# A! u" H) o9 v0 ]-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
1 }: q  B0 S8 v5 ?+ w6 x-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
. r* A2 S7 B$ l# i% @) E9 s7 z-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
0 `) G6 k: n8 G+ ]4 o$ J$ _-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
. a- @. \# n- U' u# I& K-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
9 x* r$ N- N7 q2 b-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
