主要工作职责：

7 {) ~, g! _7 g2 ZJob Duties

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
/ W$ o  d+ J$ N% z7 \-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
1 B9 \4 d- B: P-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
' K5 _( w1 X7 ]6 {1 R0 T5 M-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
( {! A9 J7 W9 J9 G-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
1 F9 d0 O/ t7 [5 f3 Z/ i; n0 A-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
