. D# N' K6 ^1 Z/ Y7 [. K  Z. a; h• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
• showing the new house and company property;
% U6 b$ l1 D/ A4 E* Z9 c7 ~2 o• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;
" O* O  M5 _: r• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

$ O+ C2 J  o7 I, c  m- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)

1 \/ U2 k; S9 O8 ]. H- Strong interpersonal skills
