Full Time Position: Order Processing & Logistic & Inventory Control

Requirements:

3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

, G: Z3 X8 D& `4 _3 e4 B5 _0 m4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

& ^" M! M1 b) f: |$ h5 n" O  U) G6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

. T& F) \: r7 E# `7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

8. Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

3. Order Checking according to guideline

4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

5. Send orders to warehouse

! ^6 w/ @, o0 h/ q; J6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7 c7 i  D) o; C3 H2 B/ R7. Follow up and report about order status

( ]# y0 c+ `" n; E3 i- X' w& z8. Inventory Arrangement

9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
