  · 3+ years development experience in one of below areas
1. Front-end development including JavaScript (Object Oriented JavaScript), CSS, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, HTML5.
2. .Net development including C#, OOP, Design Pattern.
" L7 y  ~( `  a9 K2 e! ?3. Database development including T-SQL, view, store procedure and performance tuning.
· Strong grasp of relation database concepts,
7 f9 h) n: I: E% B" d& B' i* E.Strong oral and written communication skills with self-starter attitude and attention to detail
* V3 @8 L2 p: }3 {6 Q; K! D· Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze problems and provide innovative solutions
Preferred skills
6 G/ O; T5 Z# D! E% J) o· Good knowledge of software engineering, TDD and unit testing
  y6 t/ O- l6 x  Z) g: }+ H& Y· Exposure to any of below ERP systems: PeopleSoft, JDE, Epicor, MS Dynamic GP, MS Dynamic Nav. Info Visual
· Exposure to any of below computer science areas
1. Compiler & ANTLR
2. Machine learning, Pattern Recognition
3. Image process, OpenCV
