The Ministry of Children's Services provides financial assistance to eligible lower-income families using:

Maximum subsidy rates vary by program type and the age of child attending child care.

You or your spouse/partner, or the child receiving care are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada and live in Alberta.
You or your spouse/partner are an Alberta resident.
# i8 s: V4 m1 CYour children are 12 years of age or younger and are not yet attending Grade 7.
1 ?' N% E% y$ N) z" PYou and your spouse/partner are currently working, attending school, looking for work or have special needs
OR
8 W( t9 Y4 J/ D# P7 r* c7 F7 ~9 B9 |8 IYou or your spouse/partner stay-at-home and have your child(ren) enrolled in a licensed pre-school or approved early childhood development program.

低收入有一个数目。今天早晨听 cbc ，两个女士都有不错的工作，也可以领。我觉着我们对政府定义的低收入还把握不准。

不过如果年薪十几万以上的，肯定没有必要申请

查了一下： net income of less than $42,255 per year
& P% B3 }- A/ b
a person earns wages of $1,000, and $300 in deductions are taken from his paycheck. His gross income is $1,000 and his net income is $700.

根据这个定义，应该不少人可以属于低收入。

如果夫妻存入银行的月工资少于这个数目，就属于低工资。
