% h9 Z2 g1 R3 NAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

! M; u6 \: j2 K- s3 M7 q# b5 t: o- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. - x! E& p8 [6 Q+ X0 F" q3 Y
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
( Z! ^2 `6 \' q! Z5 U) D K9 J- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
/ B2 e9 I/ X" a% k- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. ) n/ G D5 ~. C; `4 b. x
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
5 l& \/ B- O% v% \" j2 S5 E- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

- Strong leadership skills
$ A: E6 m) k3 w3 Y- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
( y. H( _" h C- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills 4 E' K: D V' j8 a+ D1 v
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations 4 H9 S+ A, G I! P. C7 o
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.3 ~# v9 h; o8 k" [+ O& j4 D# H
