Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the4 H0 _9 C1 `5 `. R" @9 [
festival. ]( W, j/ A* Z, F$ h6 m7 U1 G0 O
Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and% v6 N1 R! p6 ?) R: |
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft1 u* w6 f x& _4 s0 @! S* r
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
0 |( p; M3 y' wChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the
3 Q, S; q* k& Jartist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.8 o; P8 H8 T5 B4 D
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for- P# P3 G& n! E
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the

Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be* W7 _, l, f7 \5 f* g2 z- w* ^
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
( O- G7 l# Y( P; j4 Z% F3 @! i( tHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
$ d" V t& \- m: kthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late# k2 g8 C% \" u) P, I. l9 R u$ Y
hours are part of this crew’s duties.
! g+ x9 j4 V6 V3 {1 i0 y5 vInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the O% r$ X7 h p3 }7 T( ~% ~
festival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide2 G+ s7 I4 ]! F/ b {0 @
programs to visitors to the festival.
0 w) w4 M# G9 G. r) [6 y0 L' H& [5 iKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
: D# N1 D' m) F' ?4 p0 Aeveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.2 P. D/ k ~' `- r" s
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed/ Y' a. u) s: m# w$ s
events and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is t, v$ |+ P1 N# v
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
5 ]* _$ ^7 p" O$ W3 \1 M: J |( [are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
7 p3 ~5 l+ ~6 DStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
; ]4 I( v, Z9 L0 G9 ~( `3 aand/or understanding of back stage procedures., ~3 q% M$ D G+ }
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be2 q8 b7 A( q; O9 |1 \( Q
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
7 }$ v3 k0 M4 Y+ ~# N; @1 Yairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival, Q; F; c* Z3 ]0 S7 v4 L
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
