Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
, }' U% k+ z4 ]1 o% L* k. pwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
( K7 U; m0 ^6 W C2 x8 G2 vprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.: ^+ J) K/ v. K' s( J
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the6 f! i" `9 S9 Q9 E' P
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
7 l8 [) i. I9 Y& MEnvironment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for3 ?3 q+ I0 O2 ?6 m2 ^; ~
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the/ e9 r# q; P: P; a) a
recyclables.
0 k6 C5 c( L( F- o* OFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
3 l& W+ {: W8 v6 ~# k" P; {- Qpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.1 N. R2 l% |) S r. C* X J
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
9 F2 b$ d( L: Q& x0 } O* a+ Sthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late5 [. _4 J i. @
hours are part of this crew’s duties.2 C1 @2 ]$ o7 a" G
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
( k- \9 }2 ]( C. ]: t: lfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide

Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for

Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
. E- c9 Z3 l- [: D s5 Vevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

% |) l$ ^2 X+ q J) Q G2 F/ qSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is! ]5 t7 m7 u4 s( }0 p% Q
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
, S: H1 h5 ?8 q+ h q. [2 `' ware physically fit and ready for any emergency.
; B* P+ A( a4 hStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
# J7 i2 V$ j3 [7 M+ [& Kand/or understanding of back stage procedures.2 q7 I3 p/ b" @! Q9 ]+ e4 j
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
7 G: H4 x" }& e! {! Grequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as7 d* J2 m6 B# h1 y+ m1 Y/ ~
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
9 h4 \$ G2 B" x m( ustaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
