: L) Q1 ^: ], x& xBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
, r) H9 _5 S& ?, hwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
7 l2 m: W4 H2 B3 @3 ~! Xprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.2 c. ?/ U! m% E) l: \
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the0 Q9 b. C& c6 M, G' B
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.
- H! r" i8 W; Y6 }Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for& `/ ~+ F" e2 s$ F+ U" z: _
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the
/ J3 h' v; S6 l, B' z6 frecyclables.
, Z* `( x+ ?: \3 eFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be o# ]8 ^2 g E* x$ n+ Z
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.3 y0 _4 d' q, u0 n$ Y+ P/ g
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing4 } \6 k. m: a) S; h! F; x
them with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late

Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
1 k3 t+ {5 a. F3 E& u6 g* K wfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
2 K4 @1 a3 ^* j0 H8 p( p. ^) pprograms to visitors to the festival.; j _" f& ]6 l) X7 |& q0 t
Kids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
H; ]: u' K! ceveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.* r% v0 u8 n' i* `* e
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
8 ~. }* ]2 l1 W6 zevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the" ~0 t6 o: n. g* T, ?, n
festival.
6 @$ D3 j8 I% `2 u \, ?! ZSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
3 g/ K3 \$ m4 ^8 w) P1 V$ G" ]operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
$ v2 l# G1 J! Iare physically fit and ready for any emergency.
+ C* ?1 m, A) }+ h4 ~& I1 }; |Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training& F; {% _. B' e
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.
0 \2 P! V% j) }2 [Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
8 v! e% V) Q$ p' }" q. o* urequired), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
7 h8 z9 |! _& _9 d: s2 O7 Xairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
) D7 m9 e2 i) {/ x9 t c7 ]0 T" ]staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
