Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the

6 a9 C: b* L' ^1 q7 FBe Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and' P! w' U. t7 T. U
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
( u \. W: l- i3 b* x0 W) Hprep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.! ?0 K$ c+ R- P! `/ y
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the* r! Q. O5 c; r# H& H- o+ C
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.$ Z. Q# X1 A3 I) a# ^& r
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
2 J* ^. p; H3 z+ ]) {visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the" C4 n( S0 y0 Z- E
recyclables.
/ t) ~& z% i% `4 q& s" WFront of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
! c0 U4 A0 d, V5 N+ P3 f e/ rpart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.6 f# w9 ?, G" W
Hospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
& Y5 ]% y4 d1 p: @; j$ s: ?. Z2 Xthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
7 y$ w1 H ^) ~hours are part of this crew’s duties.
+ F- A+ Z- ?7 W0 y; mInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
# z; Q( }) Z N/ Ifestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide- [0 R* v" q0 l* @/ {0 g, X1 K" G0 {
programs to visitors to the festival.
' a3 _- ^' K SKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for) \* \ k2 {/ X4 c2 f. ?& E) ~( I
everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.1 i$ ~ m0 o$ }2 ]: {- {
Office: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
9 J. D* @$ w2 G5 i9 J( x0 ]) Mevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the0 @6 w7 c m$ I3 D
festival.
3 c- W' O; d: g' wSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
' c B! K& H6 F) Voperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you7 l9 j9 U8 J5 t: `- A7 S; e
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
& l8 ]& \: U- A9 z$ d- LStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
! y* @4 L# C/ M" G1 ?6 ^# uand/or understanding of back stage procedures.
; ~0 P$ ]: ?1 F; MTransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be
6 m( H" q" V; k( p m1 @required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as5 E, t: W2 `# o+ |2 o
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival
+ x- P$ p- [5 y* zstaff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
