Really want to save some gas money you may have to check the followings:

( m& b% w9 w2 J  ^2. Close the vents near the entrance door and garage door, vents in the bathrooms.  
3. Check the on/off cycle of the furnace, and flame of the furnace to make sure the furnace burns efficiently . ( need a professional people to look after)
