This city is crazy with photo radar, tickets on cars. They set up a photo radar on the downhill on 23rd Avenue before the Smith Crossing. Going downhill, almost every car exceeds the 60KM speed limit. I got one with $89 ticket. 8 [' G* H, u+ r7 a
