Job Title: Instrumentation Technician/Journeyman

Pay Rate: $43.77 per hour - 10 days on / 10 days off rotation - alternating Days then Nights& y+ W2 ?$ r8 h$ Z
10% Vacation and Stat pay, $3.00 / hr extra for night shift and $2.00 /hr extra for dual tickets

/ ~) W% L6 F0 \Our client, an industrial asset-management company that provides best-in-class, sustaining and maintenance services across the Canadian gas and oil sector is looking to add several Red-Seal (Interprovincial) or Alberta-licensed Instrumentation Technicians to their Team.

Responsibilities of the Role:6 t& n0 [; Y5 ^. c
& v. R O* \& O8 D$ U- Install and maintain instruments on new or existing plant equipment and processes
; a9 g8 H' m% D2 P* ^- Calibrate and maintain components and instruments according to manufacturers’ specifications
4 n( b# i5 H; X' ?+ E4 _* w4 u6 P- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation and control equipment: h4 H+ ?! T' \8 K" K- r4 z
- Consult manufacturers’ manuals to determine test and maintenance procedures / Use pneumatic, electrical and electronic testing devises to inspect and test instrument and system operation, and diagnose faults
$ A, W3 N: E& P! m( o+ g- Implement loss management practices2 V! e: x0 d. b. _- c
- Consult with and advise process operators

- Interpret and use appropriate CSA, ISA and API installation standards and practices
