[" P& @+ Q2 N" tOur client, an industrial asset-management company that provides best-in-class, sustaining and maintenance services across the Canadian gas and oil sector is looking to add several Red-Seal (Interprovincial) or Alberta-licensed Instrumentation Technicians to their Team. ; D. ^* R2 i. ]6 g) s/ j+ e
, H- ~ N3 Y) X3 S# y7 e1 NResponsibilities of the Role:
1 c' X: u& O' c) n3 a$ ^" e6 x* I3 k3 B
- Install and maintain instruments on new or existing plant equipment and processes1 y" c: z' s9 \2 S6 R) A# Q& K4 {: L; [
- Calibrate and maintain components and instruments according to manufacturers’ specifications
4 U# G. c8 d0 Y* ?- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation and control equipment! v: I0 }8 ^7 M' l" ~9 F | g
- Consult manufacturers’ manuals to determine test and maintenance procedures / Use pneumatic, electrical and electronic testing devises to inspect and test instrument and system operation, and diagnose faults

- Consult with and advise process operators
7 N7 Z4 [5 F$ v/ h- Do Risk Assessments7 K0 ]# l5 J& S& w$ Z; X
- Interpret and use appropriate CSA, ISA and API installation standards and practices
