 > and over again people tell us that they could never

 > depth of our loss. That is true. But we know of One
 3 K$ o3 `- m0 f> who does understand and# k, L' F" r# L6 b% Y
 > feel our pain because He lost His son, too. It$ Y+ m" M/ }6 b8 J
 > happened when God gave the
 % l7 g, R) v: I2 ~0 B5 A> sinless life of His son ant the cross to redeem" I9 t! l) {: X3 T2 [& ^4 \8 g* u
 > sinful lives and to purchase
 2 R5 v5 Y. q7 |& k> forgiveness for us all. There days later, He raised
 # b. z  i' Y! s> His son from the dead4 S0 @* F4 u" s8 [: _$ p. H
 > and conquered death. It is though this event where
 ' Y; Z2 C+ T$ D9 X. r> human history was1 ]3 Q* Q4 {% t- Z1 u1 s
 > intersected by divine grace and mercy that we have% S  n* d$ l2 z8 p3 D
 > hope. This hope, that's
 5 r  B  U; f+ R7 @! Z> what's sustaining us. It's not an idle wish, but a
 & G/ M, o6 H! v3 d% R" B! S7 x' O> certainty based on the
 1 ~% X2 x- x% j: W' L9 N> promise of God. And this hope fills us with eager* u, F% I/ N; E  K3 y  J
 > anticipation and a longing& x0 `: R; @! i8 a, K
 > for the time when we shall be forever with the Lord.

 + }2 t7 P$ C/ D% _. Q" ?: O. _  @, o> will ease the pain of our loss, as the Prince of1 A  M8 \1 z$ B+ J# Q
