7 S) K% e K$ |7 d6 M5 r' R “self-inflicted” has the connotation of creating theunnecessarypain for one self.

“Setback” is a much better word than “trouble”, whichanunseasoned translator would like to use in the firstinstance.“Setback” especially refers to the obstacle ordifficultyencountered in achieving a strategic goal. |
