The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

" O' |3 r$ r8 o& PIn the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

& o8 I6 `1 H& k
It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.7 j6 ~6 c* {0 M4 d6 W2 q- H9 Y

- y0 u% M+ x3 R% d& C5 cBE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.

. y& h+ t$ A! e! KTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
- V9 |2 o! k1 T8 K9 ^3 J2 K5 t1 `9 P) ]4 ~
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......% K; v! c7 b$ |) J
# O6 n/ \0 X2 k6 g- A
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

8 {7 W: I" i" S( aat 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!8 i& M- I% E; E

1 q; t. R8 n, J6 N8 J$ n6 a6 |at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO
! s4 J- D7 g7 E% S2 s, c
+ o, F  I) T, N3 \% \7 q  O" MBMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!9 m* q( ]) [: x$ U1 o
/ I& J( s. C# q. U' a
I really learn so much NEW today...................
+ {6 [6 ?2 s( |% r! J8 J  O: q+ `
& v( [- s! P3 w$ Q3 v" X7 wHOPE EVERYone can save each penny in the dangerous society............MY GOD!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。
$ |% n* s* M( C+ s所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。  Z0 z, y$ @  C
因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)! ]4 J: }* F( j3 g  Z
剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!9 g: H# \5 N' R# O& A/ M- @8 H
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
# x. K9 {& F' @6 Q# N再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator4 g' m4 e9 g( S9 M& w
後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator4 {$ C$ ?" z# n: P# Z
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況6 ?3 O( P6 c  Q& X
Driver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
; W# b" W, L0 d0 T" z( j; O4 j! G6 V6 m' Z* E  i: z
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
0 N1 I/ B6 M  x(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。9 _4 W; e4 ]3 E3 I" C
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?! j6 o: i' l; P. e) r0 n: Z" v
  r, P1 j7 q$ a9 l# j) F: w
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
$ m8 D- v# ]+ W8 x就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare
6 r  n* D1 `0 d$ B這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!. U: o! d8 g- _9 ^3 S8 }
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!+ d5 w/ ?7 A) L) S. L
不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
' O  i! Y7 _& M' q1 _日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
  Q* D4 k  t+ L* P* Q所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! & j! v1 G; _- J8 E( \& J
) H; E6 I: o) r3 M- _' ~8 t
但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
4 v$ b: P; }# A' XLast year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing9 h. o" \$ y5 i& V9 C: |8 ^

/ s3 @9 ]# Y# w不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
