support the production and exhibition of film, video and media artists from Northern

: O! d# d1 U1 \2 P) _FAVA serves members with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience, ranging from
4 l! v$ L* a& M. oemerging, mid-range to established artists with an unwavering passion for film, video
* s' S) z' y. ?$ F/ q2 A: }and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a
7 f. P9 g. D) cresource for production equipment and post-production facilities; hosts events and

Job Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the / T; j) }% k7 \8 u7 [' ~
FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as ; M2 l, M# s) Z8 Y7 I( n5 @3 D
well as the script, magazine and book library. : y0 }6 p. u E* l' `6 ^5 R

1 K+ m$ v) Y5 K- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
( y9 T7 f: t4 V$ }" D2 D7 i# |- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books " ^' t0 l% z8 @ x# ?/ H6 |" r+ f
- Implement a catalogue template for future use
, N6 O. _) _( X# Y& o8 }: D2 l- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure : [/ F; S3 s# N! p
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable 5 |5 H8 x* s! @
