有個朋友，在一次烤肉聚會當中絆倒了，摔了一跤，

S ： (smile) 要求患者笑一下

T ： (talk) 要求患者說一句簡單的句子 (要有條理，有連貫性)，例如：今天天氣晴朗。( _* j1 O1 h6 z# s; g5 q
Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)/ ?( ^5 Y( T: A+ u+ v
，e..g. The weather is sunny today.
% j$ C. ~5 {8 l: F
: a# x; n5 ^1 n/ oR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手
8 I5 t! N& K% Y1 V9 yAsk the patient to raise both hands at the same time
; q0 f0 t3 \; p# B ' F; M! k7 ~8 t3 E
注意 Note：
0 {3 p1 }% J1 h4 v) _5 O另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆
% i% J) T q! |/ L) jOne more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.
: H# B+ K7 }- j" Z. ` j : G' P. Y! J7 s w6 B
上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。5 Y; g) ^9 A/ k' u* t
Above are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!
