Job Duties / Responsibilities' C7 A- I! ^, n  `/ C* c
• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
+ r3 o0 B8 i& D• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
5 _) v& J, y9 R' u" i• SAP match reporting and monthly management$ U" ?) T1 P. Z" J
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
$ }* y; G& ?* _2 K8 R6 D8 y• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
/ S* i& H& O) m! B1 n1 {1 P• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.- H+ e' R# n' u! R2 b
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
3 t1 ?; E. y& X& y% p/ x% ?! i• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements." ?! i6 R6 M4 A
• Order business cards as required.8 a% s2 Q7 c5 e! g
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
4 N; ~' ^3 V: o! s! r5 I# u• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.$ A7 U/ e5 Q  \. O% R' X2 |( D9 ]
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.. v; ~  V. I; {6 T
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.0 K8 Z  ]9 ], [
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience) L  O2 c# o* u( G" C
• Grade 12 or equivalent) p( w9 W% H, N1 N2 X
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
) b8 b1 |% d0 D2 G- l6 Z3 L• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
* r+ u. F; j* t1 ^& p• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater+ Z& M& O* x  X& K  M
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. / ?6 W" X# M8 T1 F" p
• Attention to detail is required.
% B: K4 N$ \8 P; n7 k• High level of customer service skills is a must.: q: x$ v0 c+ H4 E8 |4 i
• Good planning and co-ordination skills." n3 d: P; [6 \  w
• Shorthand/Word processing skills.
