• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required." b* I# f' F5 G; A. {( H9 }& o: b
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.8 B2 d; l& I6 e
• SAP match reporting and monthly management& J4 a& f G7 i, w
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
! U" w- |4 j _6 S• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.( X6 m- ?5 v, ]: y, l
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.; Z) K; M; d; A, d

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses). G; n) ?# y% C s( O7 _
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

- h# e3 l1 k$ U- X( w- t5 j• Grade 12 or equivalent
p& Y! V+ U5 M% T• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
Z' o9 i3 C# i( V• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
8 @- H# B; j) I1 n1 j• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
3 K* P S# x" a0 _" q• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
