Job Duties / Responsibilities9 U8 q& A, x- T H
• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
4 w5 L+ Q% i9 h• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
8 {3 M# L! n8 k$ D9 @+ w• SAP match reporting and monthly management
' u `5 f4 R' U3 | A• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.9 U( L8 N& l* R! n5 k+ r/ N" }# Z
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required., N! Z' c5 O- C! A% c/ B8 N/ w6 {
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
P' a% F" X. b7 T4 U• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
- ^/ F6 w" m$ y! ^• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.3 {, ^& Q' h2 N5 f! ~
• Order business cards as required.
8 g- k0 F* n# h& ^• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)4 d, e, N) l8 ^) R7 p2 ?& T/ V' c' j" @
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons./ i5 l9 C8 A! n
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training8 z5 j$ a! G8 I; l& r$ l' w

• Grade 12 or equivalent
8 L! k# t" G' t3 E5 }( B/ q• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
( G2 \2 [9 z& x2 ~ L4 n• 3-5 years of related administrative experience4 @3 N/ L( J" N: N
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater, K6 H. P5 |0 x! y0 ^
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. * O+ }/ K) G3 F2 _: R4 V
• Attention to detail is required. ! B/ H3 ]! n( O$ i
• High level of customer service skills is a must.3 D$ C0 f' n- ?6 l- c# F
• Good planning and co-ordination skills.
