院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享$ {1 D. L4 b q

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE 2 i5 m* \6 G# u( U# |
# U7 F& k9 p2 K; w2 ^, V3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
8 I5 u9 I( Z' t$ l: o- O1 cup water 250 ml , M. J- B, N1 ^ Q
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
; c. O: i" a1 Q" D+ ^( p1/2 cup sugar 125 ml # ]+ c: ?0 ]" w& ]/ q
juice of 1 lemon* 1

8 F% g+ h& ?8 j9 o2 x9 ^# }/ ePlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!% v; \/ e, h' w" G6 ]
