院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

" _4 _/ [' Q* R5 _3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
( i( y6 v. p/ I/ d4 W" W1 cup water 250 ml
' }/ m! y Y) [9 ^6 K2 }* y% i/ q* s2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ! X* M8 q( n+ a, i9 {
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
