院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

4 H. }. @1 x! S# G# \* V' h1 cup water 250 ml
. c4 v8 b" F5 B" ?2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ( \/ {$ K% ]6 s
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 1 ^2 H/ H- z4 E9 Z2 G+ L
juice of 1 lemon* 1 ! p4 a; c" K& ]- H7 Z+ g9 f
& u) q% w8 V9 ]7 a7 g7 e+ I8 t1 ?$ ^Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
