院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享$ ~0 s5 o+ l0 p/ m e

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE - N$ H) P2 o r0 b X

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 5 G' ~/ `9 h4 k& P- w9 f
1 cup water 250 ml # c5 z7 `" w6 l. G% ?6 f7 t! i! w: J
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml {4 g8 G: L4 K/ g/ F
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml / @1 U3 \. U- s8 ?, L
juice of 1 lemon* 1 " d4 r& w# N% M( T
2 i4 O/ S7 i7 M- x `Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!) h) V" {. ?* f E
