院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享$ e9 X) Y: d+ T D9 D

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

0 U7 a. W# T- k2 ]" {& e7 q; t8 o+ T3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
( V$ |. ` e6 q- c7 \0 }1 cup water 250 ml
}: k0 A) u+ V) r# Q2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
Y! e3 s: a D/ E" Z1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

$ D6 k' p9 D4 [0 L, n# {0 J+ J% ]% ?8 `Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.% M* {2 ~( b' Y5 w
