two bed room condo, located in Downtown core, within 5 mins' walk to Superstore, Peterpond Shopping Center, Swimming pool; shuttle bus stops to major mine sites just around the corner.

Currently 2 persons living there, each in one bed room. Both are clean and quiet. For the convenience of all , it would probably be better for a commuter to stay in the living room, who are clean and quiet, or someone seeking temporary shelter.
