我现在工作的公司有一项福利：圣诞节所在的一周及元旦节前不上班，也就是12.24,12.27,12.28,12.29,12.31是带薪假期。

我的问题是：即使我不Cover这个假期，我能得到假期（12.24,12.27,12.28,12.29,12.31）的薪水吗？
